Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

1) What we receive from Facebook

When you sign in to Ohh Look with Facebook, we receive your name, your email address, and your public profile picture. We use this data only to create and operate your Ohh Look account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2) Remove Ohh Look from your Facebook account

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites.
3. Find Ohh Look and click Remove.

After you remove the app, Facebook stops sharing new data with Ohh Look. This step does not delete the data we already have. To delete that data, follow step 3.

3) Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to support@ohhlook.com with the subject "Facebook data deletion request". Send it from the email address of your Ohh Look account, or include that email address in the message.

We delete your account and the data we received from Facebook, and we reply to confirm when the deletion is complete. We keep only the data that the law requires us to keep, for example records of payments.
