Bill was very kind on the phone and would have been able to accommodate my 91 year old father’s ride from Irvine to Costa Mesa. However the rate was more expensive than either Lyft or Uber, I had heard that the taxi services were getting more competitive with the ride services. Another factor was that my dad is visiting my mom at memory care facility and sits around with her for a couple hours or more. He would then need a ride back home.

Randal NelsonAugust 2026 McKenna MatinsAugust 2026 Bill saved us from missing a flight and a 50th surprise party! He answered the phone at 5:20 am after Uber failed us, arrived at 5:30 am and drove us from Dana point to LAX. Punctual, clean and good communication! Thank you 🙏🏼
