First off I’d like to say Black Falcon Transportation is a great service and I highly recommend them. I was in need of a transportation service to bring my family and I to Legoland and back to the airport. It was our first time going to Legoland so we were nervous about getting there but Ray helped ease that anxiety. He communicated well with me making sure we knew which vehicle we were going in by providing a photo and giving us any updates on our ride. Our driver, Naji, was there early for pick up and communicated very well throughout our time using there services. He was very friendly and pleasant to converse with during our ride. Inside the vehicle was clean and comfortable and they also provide a charging station for any of your devices. They provide car seats if you don’t want to bring one. Just make sure you add it on when adding children to your passenger list. If you do forget though, like I did, just email them and they will make sure to add it on. Overall the ride was smooth and driver drove very well. I’ll be sure to use this service in the near future. Thank you again Ray and Naji for a wonderful service!

KaylaAugust 2026 Amanda CampbellAugust 2026 Excellent service from start to finish! We felt completely safe and comfortable getting to and from the airport, and having car seats provided for both of my kids was such a huge convenience. Friendly, professional, and great conversation along the way. I would absolutely recommend them!
