HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had Aly and Tamara as my doulas for my birth which ended up being 30+ hours and everything opposite of what I envisioned and hoped for and Aly and Tamara were incredibly supportive and grounding the whole time. I seriously could not have done it without them and it was worth every penny. On top of the birth support, they were also so helpful with answering all of my questions before and after birth. my husband and I were also very grateful for the birth 101 class they offered!

From the very first meeting, they made us feel supported, empowered, and truly heard. Their calm presence, wealth of knowledge, and unwavering encouragement helped us feel confident and prepared throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. They were by our side every step of the way--offering comfort, answering questions (big and small), and making sure our birth plan was respected. Eugene C.August 2026 We reached out as our baby was 4 months old and we were going through a stretch of sleepless nights. We got in touch with Tamara, who was able to start very quickly, about a week later. From the first night, we got comfortable with Tamara taking care of our baby, allowing us to get some sleep. Over the next few weeks, Tamara provided a ton of insight and recommendations based on what was observed over the night and we went from 6-7 night wakings and 2 overnight feeds to a baby that sleeps through the night with 0-1 overnight feeds. We are super appreciative of the care and expertise that was provided and the end result of happy baby getting the sleep they need.
