We love Deeply Nourished! Their meal deliveries have kept us happy and healthy while our kitchen is under renovation. We also love that they use local ingredients and the meals are all gluten- and soy-free, so we don’t have to worry about food allergies. Highly recommended!

Becca R.August 2026 There are NO words to describe how grateful I am to have found Alec and Deeply Nourished! I have severe celiac disease and have never found anyone I trust to cook for me…until now. The food is healthy and best of all, totally delicious. I am sadly moving soon, and these meals are what I will miss most about San Diego. NOTHING compares!!!! Do yourself and favor and order his baked goods, too. They are NEXT level. Thanks, Alec!!
