Darrell must have a PhD in cooking because he blew the lid off my taste buds! This master chef cooked for me and seven of my business associates, and the reviews are in; he is on fire, HOLY SMOKES! From the fresh ingredients to the presentation, Darrel has the magic touch! The food was beyond fresh and I appreciate how he shops local and organic. He adds a personal touch by explaining the thought and effort that goes into each course and his vibe makes the whole crew feel comfortable. If you want to enjoy the most delightful food, I highly recommend this hard-working man. Chef D, thank you for bringing your decades of experience to our guys night out, the food was heavenly!

They cared for those of us with restrictive diets, everyone enjoyed their meals, they were prompt and friendly, and they cleaned up afterwards. We all highly recommend it. Thao T.August 2026 his review has been LONG overdue! My husband booked Chef D back in April for my birthday. Hands down, probably one of the most delicious meals I've had since moving down here. He made all my favorite dishes, using fresh and local ingredients. His plating was also a work of art. We were all around impressed! We had to book him again for a casual dinner for our close friends, who to this day talk about the mac n cheese! Within the same week, one of my close friends booked Chef D for a girls weekend we had! From the first interaction, Chef D is professional, personable, & knowledgeable. From the time he steps foot in the door, he has all his cooking equipment, glassware and utensils ready to go. Throughout the meals, he would clean everything and at the end, leaving the kitchen spotless! Is it not obvious? We love Chef D!
