Michael and Carmen did an amazing job cleaning our home after the Fourth of July! I actually found them randomly on Yelp, and they were able to come the very next day. They made the entire place shine. Affordable, friendly, and truly white-glove service. I'll definitely be using them again whenever I need a cleaning!

Niovs A.August 2026 Stacy S.August 2026 Highly recommend Germicidal Maids! We recently moved into a new home and I was in a hurry to get someone in to do a full clean and wipe down including all cupboards and cabinets before we moved in. Michael was very helpul, responsive and had me booked that week with Brisa. The quote was fair and I was thankful he could fit me in. She spent 4 hours and did a fantastic job top to bottom. We've now moved in and Brisa has come back a second time. She spent 3.5 hours and did a fantstic cleaning job. Michael is easy to communicate with and we texted on a few items. He called me to let me know when Brias was wrapping up and confirmed the house lockup procedure before she left. We will be calling them again to come back. You won't be disappointed!
Sara S.August 2026 Very responsive, detailed and responsible crew. Every time they come for cleaning, they are always on time and they spend a lot of time attending to the details making sure we are satisfied. I highly recommend them.
