We received a text from our driver, Rich, to know when we unboarded the plane. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and a great driver. We usually rent cars when we're in the area, but if we are looking for shuttle service, we will use Go Ride again.

Pearl W.August 2026 Amanda S.August 2026 Go Ride is so much better than Uber or Lyft. This time, Oscar gave me an awesome ride. He was very nice and friendly and even brought my bags down for me. Last year, I had Rich, who was just as wonderful. Both made my rides so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!
Terry W.August 2026 We had the pleasure of having Jose being our driver today. He picked us from Lax. He communicated with us every step of the way. He was very kind and professional. He also was a very good driver. We will use this company next time we need a car/shuttle from Lax. Thank you Jose for taking any stress out of getting around Los Angeles!
