Kevin and Harrison were wonderful to work & easy to work with. They got back to me right away on a Sunday morning before the event. Kevin is a great communicator and understood our preferences. I’m glad we gave him the artistic liberty to curate the menu as it was beyond anything we’ve ever had. He is a great modern fusion chef but also implemented the enhanced traditions of a lemon sorbet palate cleanser and coffee with desert. The dinner they prepared wowed the guests and asked for his contact info as they were blown away by the dinner. Would highly recommend Heritage to anyone!

The food was amazing - everyone was raving about the ceviche, and every dish was elevated, creative, and delicious. Kevin and his team were professional and warm, and Kevin was creative & flexible in curating a menu that fit our group perfectly. If I lived in the area, I’d work with them again in a heartbeat! Unanimous praise from the whole group. Highly recommend!
Lani S.August 2026 Kevin was a delight to work this and plan this dinner for 10. Ly Langois was our chef, with Jim serving. It was the most delicious meal we have ever had, all 10 agreed on that. Ly and Jim were so personable, made our whole experience fabulous. Even placing nicely all leftovers and leaving my kitchen immaculate!! Great experience 👍 👌
