Jong CortezAugust 2026 Brian PepinAugust 2026 These guys were great. My hot water heater would no longer ignite. We decided on a new one, and while I was at it I had them install a water conditioner and a smart valve for emergency shutoff (things that were on our long term list). They were able to install it all the next day. The installation is clean and there was lots of great communication. One thing I appreciated was the price they quoted for each part included labor and other miscellaneous things like hardware and copper piping. It wasn't cheap, but plumbing never is and I feel like I got a quality job that was worth it.
AKAugust 2026 As an absentee landlord, I have to rely on services provided by companies that I am not acquainted with personally. KC's 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing was one of the best experiences I have had with a company and their employee, Ricardo Cardenas, was unmatched. He not only fixed the problem that my tenant knew about but also discovered other things that needed attention before they became more serious. He called me multiple times to give me updates and took before and after pictures of the repairs. I would definitely use this company for any future needs in Palm Desert.
