  If you're on the fence about getting a postpartum doula, this is your sign to move forward and choose Megan. After interviewing a couple different postpartum doulas, it was clear they were not all equal. Megan is the fairy godmother of postpartum doulas. In addition to cooking us delicious and nutritious postpartum meals, she assisted us with kitchen organization and systems to make it easy for anyone to help take care of me postpartum. She customized recipes to meet dietary needs and restrictions and went above and beyond to have us choose our favorites. In addition to providing nutrients that made me feel so much better postpartum, she provided me with comforts like belly binding, tidying and setting up our room and bed to be so comfy, set up foot baths with herbs and massages, made teas and postpartum drinks, tidied up,and all around set me up to feel cozy and comfortable no matter where I was in my home. She even helped organize our clothes as well as our pantry, two projects we've been meaning to tackle forever and helped with everyday things like quickly prepping my toddler snacks for on the go while my husband rushed him to swim lessons. She just does everything to make your life easier and knows your next step before you even take it and is such a joy to have in your home! This was my second postpartum experience (I did not have a postpartum doula the first time) and it was ions better than my first. Megan not only gave me the tools to be comfy and cozy during postpartum, but taught me to extend this coziness to the rest of my everyday life whether I'm postpartum or not. It is clear that Megan strives to be the best postpartum doula in San Diego County and succeeds in this greatly, she makes being postpartum feel like a luxury experience and I could not ask for more!

  My first postpartum destroyed me physically and mentally. That's why as a second time mom I knew I wanted a doula. Not any kind of doula, I was looking for someone focused on maternal health rather than keeping my home tidy. After talking to Megan I knew it was the right match for me. I loved the massages, belly binging, fresh nutritious food, herbal bath and simply talking. Amazing experience every mom deserves to have. Highly Megan as a postpartum doula. You won't regret it.

  Megan is such a gem! She took care of tasks around the house, helped with the baby, and took care of me mentally, physically, and emotionally. She put me into a state of relaxation I didn't think was possible with a one week old. She was also flexible with our fluctuating postpartum schedule, which was such a relief. What a godsend!
