He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly figured out the issue. After getting everything working again, he also sent out his team to install a new outlet so the setup would be safer and more reliable going forward. The work was done efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. What we appreciated most was how straightforward and professional the whole experience was. Emilio took the time to explain things clearly and made sure the job was done right. We would definitely call Nexx Electrical Service again for future electrical work.
