Had a sound bath with Nicole and it was really something magical and special. She uses a multi-instrumental approach and utilizes crystal bowls, shamanic drum, rain sticks, gongs, chimes, stringed instruments, flute, and beautiful vocals. I went so deep into my meditation and emerged feeling more relaxed, clear, and rejuvenated than I have in a long time. Nicole is knowledgeable and very experienced and this comes through in everything she offers. There are so many teachers out there saying that they offer meditation, yoga, and sound, but Nicole is the REAL deal. Easy to work with and super communicative. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

We booked for a yoga and sound bath session and to this day, we still reminisce about how amazing the experience was. It was definitely the highlight of the weekend. The experience was so relaxing and special for all of us, and we’re already looking forward to booking with Nicole again soon!
