Hello! I'm Hayley and I am a Relationship/Life Coach with a CA license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am originally from Wisconsin, graduating with a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I then pursued an 8-year career in personal training where I completed an MA in Kinesiology. As my career path exemplifies, I am a believer in the mind-body connection and strive to support women toward living in alignment with healthy relationships with themselves and others.
