I met Joni when I was walking my dog 8 years ago. I knew she was a dog lover when she yelled from her car and asked if my dog was a koala bear( he looked like one) all in this cutesy high voice. Of course my dog and I were immediately drawn to her and we became instant friends. Though she only got to know my dog for a year ( he passed away at 11) we remained very good friends all these years. She is super engaging, fun to be around and my daughter loves her too. We now have a new dog, a golden doodle, thanks to her connection and of course she’s a fan too. Another plus is that Joni does dog training and we learned a few great things when we first got our new puppy.

Julia K.August 2026 Linda L.August 2026 Joni has been taking care of our miniature Australian Labradoodle, Koda, since he was just a puppy; he turns 7 years old this year. Joni spent the puppy years helping with training and good behavior techniques. It resulted in a well-trained, happy dog. When we travel, Joni has stayed in our home and taken excellent care of him. I know this because Koda is so excited as soon as she walks in the door! It’s very reassuring to know he is comfortable being left in her care. If you are looking for a competent and caring person for pet sitting and training, you couldn’t find better than Joni.
