I booked Joanne Fortune for an in-home haircut for my mother this week and she was fantastic. My mom was thrilled with the cut, and I was impressed by Joanne's professionalism from start to finish. She arrived exactly on time, set up quickly with all her equipment (everything fits neatly in a couple of small carry-on cases), and can even bring a self-contained portable sink--no mess, no hassle. Her demeanor is calm, focused, and clearly experienced; she listened to what we wanted and delivered a flattering, precise cut. Cleanup was thorough and she offers multiple payment options, which made checkout easy. If you're looking for a reliable mobile hairstylist who makes at-home appointments seamless--Joanne is a standout. Highly recommend!

She really listened to what I wanted and knew exactly how to work with my skin type to give me a flawless, natural, and glowing look that lasted the entire day and night. They were so nice, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process with the hair and makeup trials and day-of preparation. They answered all of my questions and were willing to go above and beyond for some of my requests. I'm still obsessed with my dreamy, princess hairstyle done by Joanne and natural, pretty makeup by Jamie! Even though it was hot and sweaty for an outdoor summer wedding, my hair and makeup lasted through the night. They also did a great job doing hair and makeup for my mom, mother-in-law, and sister.
