  I experienced the process of coaching with Terri as though I were walking down an unknown road with a safe person journeying with me, their arm around my shoulder helping me discover the landscape. Terri helped me feel acompanied during this time of unknowns. Her questions allowed me to better know myself and figure out what fits with me, aiding my awareness as to what puzzle pieces fit and why. I am thankful for her reflections, insights and how her questions challenged me to take another step of discovery. Terri is also just a very warm, down-to-earth Woman who listens well, self discloses where helpful and genuinely enjoys accompanying others in their journey (that was evident).

  Coaching gave me an ear to process, heped me to focus on one thing at a time and gave me a course of action and accountability to follow through. It helped me to get “unstuck” and move forward. Coaching helped me to step back and assess what one thing is tripping me up and focus on action steps to resolve it. I can move past stuff! As my coach, Terri was able to step aside and lead me to focus on the issue at hand. I didn’t feel judgment, I felt partnership.

  I was so blessed to have Terri Last for a Life Coach. There was a season of life that was extremely difficult when my family and I were transitioning from overseas. I had just gone back to work to start a family business with my husband. During my sessions I felt like Terri was listening to me and understood me better than I understood myself at time. She is very intuitive! She was and is a safe place for me to share dreams, goals, and the fears that go along with them. Terri was completely present and connected with me every time we talked. She helped me grow, achieve change and have. anew perspetive, which I really needed. She was always ready to guide me to challenge myself. I highly recommend her! In fact, I would only ever go back to her for future coaching!
