After the devastating death of our beloved kitty Mickey the good people at Caretakers contacted me almost immediately. With compassion they helped me arrange the process for Mickey giving me an honest quote, which was very reasonable, and step by step review about what was going to happen with his Aquamation. What drew me to Caretakers was an alternative to tadeonal cremation that pumps harmful smoke in our air. I believe we are all stewards of the environment, and I love that the process of Aquamation exists. They sent a heartfelt, lovely and touching card and Mickey's remains were ready to come home less than a week. If you sadly lose your pet, I highly recommend this company. You will not regret using them to respectfully take care of your pet's body while his spirit soars to the RTainbow Bridge waiting for you to join then when your time comes.

From the phone calls- she was empathetic & caring & gentle and the one who welcomed us there was just as great! We were going to go somewhere else for more money too but last minute, my friend suggested this place. We already got our cat's ashes, a card and other stuff. Definitely a place to remember and recommend! Thanks for an excellent job helping us grieve and it was our very 1st pet!

Caretakers Animal Care responded to our request within minutes and made sure to get our Sulley Boy from our home and into their care. They were comforting and very sympathetic to our pain. We will be getting Sulleys ashes soon. All we know is that Elizabeth was quick to respond and made our family a priority at that moment. Within minutes of calling we had set up a time for pickup and within hours he was in their facility.. very fast and respectful of our pain.
