I had a great experience with Crank’s Custom Canines. Gene and Jen are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Gene found and helped me work through Xaavi’s confusion in training. He really took the time to understand him and what was causing the issue. He walked me through the “why” behind everything, explaining the theory in a way that actually made sense and applied directly to us. That problem-solving approach made a huge difference for my dog’s progress, and for my confidence as a handler. You can tell they’re not just trainers, they truly understand dogs and how to develop them the right way. I’d highly recommend Crank’s Custom Canines to anyone serious about training and building a better relationship with their dog.

Michelle SaneckiAugust 2026 maria navarroAugust 2026 I highly recommend the Crank's Custom Canines team! They are absolutely amazing with my little pack and have empowered our family to continue to develop & train our pups with confidence. Our rescue dobermans are so sweet and gentle with our pugs, kids and with everyone visiting our home. Thank you for exceeding our training expectations!!
Rachel D.August 2026 I cannot recommend Cranks customs canines enough, Gene and Jenn are absolute superstars of dog training. My dog Gilly was having issues with dog aggression and I finally decided to hire outside help and I am so grateful Gene and Jenn were able to help Gilly and I. I was recommended to do the three week board and train program and I can say 4 months later Gilly is a totally different dog when it comes to her reactions towards other dogs. They have rebuilt my trust with Gilly and I am forever grateful. If you are searching around for trainers I highly suggest you choose Cranks. (Also some reference, I’m 29 and it was worth every penny.)
