I recently attended an event for Elite Makeovers in DeLuz who hired Johnson Catering for this event. Chef Suzanne’s foos was just so delicious. My favorite dish were the salmon coquettes & chicken satay skewers with a peanut sauce. The coquettes had a chipotle aioli sauce on them which gave such great flavor. I grabbed Chef Suzanne’s contact info for my next event. I definitely recommend hiring her!

The dishes were delicious, super fresh. Suzanne was such a pleasure to work with—organized, easygoing, and really cared about making everything just right. Her team was friendly and on top of everything, which made the whole day run so smoothly. I’d absolutely recommend Suzanne for any event.
